The four steps
- Open the box page. Go to the MysteryBox123 homepage and tap the Open Box button. Nothing is charged until you confirm on the payment screen.
- Pay ₹20. Razorpay opens with every Indian payment method. UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred), debit card, credit card, RuPay, wallets and net banking.
- Your box opens on screen. As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, the box animation runs and your reward is revealed. This is typically under two seconds.
- Copy and redeem. If you drew a voucher, tap the copy button and paste the code into Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or BookMyShow. If you drew the coloring-book pack, your download link appears on the same screen.
Why there is no cash on delivery
A lot of people search for "mystery box cash on delivery" in India, and it is a fair thing to want. COD is how most of us learned to shop online, and it exists because you do not want to pay before you see the thing.
That concern does not apply here, and it is worth being precise about why. COD protects you against a physical parcel that arrives late, arrives damaged, or never arrives at all. A MysteryBox123 reward has none of those failure modes: there is no parcel, no courier, no pincode and no delivery window. Your reward is generated and shown to you on the same screen, in the same session, seconds after payment. What actually arrives
Every box contains one reward, drawn against published odds. There is no empty box and no "better luck next time" outcome. The minimum-value floor is the whole point of the format. The four possible outcomes and their exact probabilities are listed on the rewards and odds page.
Vouchers arrive as standard e-gift codes from the issuing brand. They are the same codes you would receive buying a gift card directly from Amazon or Flipkart, because they come from the same issuing systems through authorised distribution. They carry the brand's normal expiry and terms, which we reproduce on the terms page.
If your box does not open automatically
Occasionally a payment confirms but the browser tab loses the callback. A dropped mobile connection mid-payment is the usual cause. The homepage has a manual claim box for exactly this. Enter the Payment ID that Razorpay showed you (it starts with pay_ and is also in your confirmation SMS and email) and the box opens.
If the manual claim also fails, email support@mysterybox123.com with that Payment ID. We can look up any transaction by ID and resend the reward.
Opening more than one box
Each box is an independent draw. Opening five boxes does not improve the odds on the fifth one, and there is no pity timer or streak mechanic running in the background. That would change the published odds, and the published odds are the product. If you open several, treat each as its own ₹20 decision.

Use the manual claim box on the homepage and enter the Payment ID from your Razorpay confirmation (it starts with pay_). That reopens your box. If it still fails, email support@mysterybox123.com with the Payment ID.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no signup, no password and no subscription. You pay, you unbox, you leave.
