1. What is MysteryBox?

MysteryBox India is a surprise digital product bundle service. For ₹20 you purchase a curated digital gift that is revealed after payment. This is a straightforward e-commerce product sale, not a lottery, contest or gambling service.

Every purchase guarantees a digital product worth ₹20 or more. The specific product inside is a surprise, but the minimum value is always delivered. You are buying a product, not a chance.

By completing a purchase on MysteryBox you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How It Works

1. Pay ₹20 securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay.
2. Watch your box open. An animated unboxing sequence reveals which digital product is inside your box.
3. Receive your digital gift instantly. Your product, whether a voucher (with serial number and PIN) or coloring pages (download link), is delivered on screen immediately. No shipping, no waiting.

3. What You Receive

Each MysteryBox contains exactly one of the following digital products:

• ₹100 gift voucher. Redeemable on Amazon.in or BookMyShow. Delivered as serial number and PIN.
• ₹50 gift voucher. Redeemable on Flipkart or Myntra. Delivered as serial number and PIN.
• Free surprise box. An additional MysteryBox opening at no extra charge.
• Coloring book pages. A curated collection of printable digital art pages delivered as an instant download link, including Mandala, Animal and Zentangle themed collections.

The probability of each outcome is published on the rewards and odds page. All products are digital and no physical goods are shipped. Product availability may vary; if a specific product type is temporarily unavailable, an equivalent or higher value product will be substituted.

4. Voucher Terms

Voucher codes (serial number and PIN) are displayed once only. Please screenshot or copy both your serial number and PIN immediately when shown.

• Each voucher code is unique and single use.
• Vouchers are subject to the terms and expiry dates set by the issuing brand (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, BookMyShow).
• MysteryBox India is not affiliated with any of these brands.
• We are not responsible if a third-party brand modifies, suspends or terminates its voucher programme.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you receive an invalid or already-used voucher code, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it. See the refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

Because delivery is instant and digital, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds simply because you are unhappy with the specific product you received; the surprise element is part of the service you purchased, and the odds are published before you pay.

We will issue a full refund or replacement in these cases:

• Payment was deducted but no gift was shown (technical failure on our end).
• The voucher serial number or PIN provided was invalid or already used.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same order.
• The coloring page download link is broken or inaccessible.

To request a refund or replacement, email support@mysterybox123.com within 7 days of purchase, including your Razorpay Payment ID. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Full detail is on the refund policy page.

6. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
• This service is available to residents of India only.
• Each Razorpay Payment ID can be used to claim one gift only. Attempts to claim multiple gifts with the same Payment ID will be blocked.
• Use of bots, scripts or any automated means to make purchases is prohibited and will result in permanent banning without refund.
• By purchasing, you confirm that you are not using stolen payment credentials.

7. Disclaimer

MysteryBox India is a surprise digital product bundle service, similar to a curated gift box or mystery subscription box. It is not a lottery, raffle or game of chance under Indian law. Every purchase results in the delivery of a real, usable digital product.

The surprise element means you do not know which specific product you will receive before purchase. You are always guaranteed to receive a product with a defined minimum value of ₹20. Our reasoning on the legal distinction is set out in this article.

Third-party brands mentioned (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, BookMyShow) are independent companies. MysteryBox India is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these brands, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, product offerings, pricing, or to discontinue the service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

MysteryBox India's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question (₹20).
