How to buy a mystery box in India (5-step walkthrough)
- Click 'Open Box ₹20' on the homepage. The Razorpay payment panel appears.
- Pick your payment method: UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM), credit card, debit card, or net banking. UPI is fastest for Indian users.

- Copy your reward. The voucher code / PIN / download link appears with a one-tap copy button. You're done.

All major Indian payment methods work because we process through Razorpay, the RBI-regulated gateway used by most Indian startups:

If you accidentally close the tab mid-reveal, don't panic. Re-open mysterybox123.com and tap 'Manual Claim', enter your Payment ID (from the Razorpay confirmation email or SMS) and your reward re-appears. Every reward stays claimable for 30 days.
If the reward is a voucher, it includes both the code and the PIN (when required) in copy-ready format. If it's a coloring pack, it's a Google Drive download link. The file stays accessible indefinitely, no expiry.
Buying multiple boxes: bulk strategy
You can buy as many boxes as you want, one after another. There's no bulk discount (the ₹20 price is already the floor), but each purchase is an independent draw, which means multiple purchases don't lower your odds on subsequent boxes.
Typical user patterns:
- Single box: first-time curiosity.
- 3–5 boxes: Most common for recurring users; gives a decent chance of landing at least one voucher in a session.

Refunds, disputes, safety
If the reward fails to deliver (network error, voucher code invalid, download link broken), email support@mysterybox123.com with your Payment ID within 7 days. We either resend a fresh reward or refund your ₹20 to the original payment method.
Razorpay transactions are disputable through your bank's chargeback process if needed, but we resolve 99%+ of issues directly through email before that's necessary.
We don't store your full card or UPI credentials at any point. Razorpay handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. Our system only sees the Payment ID after confirmation, which we use to match your reward to your purchase.
